The workplace, for many people, is becoming more demanding and stressful. Talking to my coaching clients, I often find that this is affecting their sleep. They may work late, so they don’t get enough sleep, or they wake up in the night thinking about their work problems and concerns. Sleep deprivation then impairs their performance at work and the whole cycle repeats itself.

As a result of all the sleep issues I was seeing, I reviewed the research findings of sleep experts in the UK, Europe, the US and Australia to explore in depth how I could help my clients to improve the quantity and quality of their sleep. The research is evolving and advice is changing, so it’s important to keep up with the latest findings and understand different perspectives.
